We are a call center based out of Marietta, Ohio. We are searching for Licensed Life and Health Agents to join our team!

Insurance Agent Job Responsibilities:

Provides service to client’s changing insurance needs by selling life and health insurance.

Insurance Agent Job Duties:

• Approaches potential clients by utilizing phone solicitation and managing agent referrals.
• Develops base for long-term sources of clients by using prospect lists and referrals.
• Determines client’s needs and financial situations.
• Develop a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for coverage.
• Obtain underwriting approval by completing application for coverage.
• Complete coverage by delivering policy; planning follow-up calls and evaluations of needs
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.
• Enhances insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Summary

The Isacc Group is seeking qualified individuals to fulfill Customer Service Positions.

We are a call center based out of Marietta, OH.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• Identify and assess customers' needs
• Generate sales leads
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives as well as provide follow up
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 year experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
